- 勅令第八号 朕南洋庁郵便局官制中改正ノ件ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 裕仁 内閣総理大臣 阿部信行 拓務大臣 金光庸夫 南洋庁郵便局官制中左ノ通改正ス 第二条中「通信書記 通信書記補 専任九十人 判任」 ヲ「通信書記 専任六十二人 判任 通信書記補 専任四十八人 判任」ニ改ム 附則 本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
