- 予算 朕帝国議会ノ協贊ヲ経タル昭和十九年度歳入歳出総予算追加ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 裕仁 内閣総理大臣兼軍需大臣 東条英機 厚生大臣 小泉親彦 司法大臣 岩村通世 大蔵大臣 賀屋興宣 運輸通信大臣 八田嘉明 内務大臣 安藤紀三郎 大東亞大臣 青木一男 外務大臣 重光葵 農商大臣 山崎達之輔 文部大臣子爵 岡部長景 昭和十九年度歳入歳出追加額ヲ各四十四億九千百二十九万七千八百四十三圓ト定ム其ノ款項ノ金額ハ別冊甲号歳入歳出予算ニ拠ルベシ 別冊乙号所掲ノ費途ハ各其ノ規画スル所ニ隨ヒ昭和十九年度以降ノ継續費トシ又ハ既定ノ総額年割額ヲ改定ス 昭和十九年度歳出予算追加中別冊丙号所掲ノ費途ハ其ノ年度末支出殘額ヲ翌昭和二十年度ニ繰越使用スルコトヲ得 （別冊） 甲号
