- 内閣総理大臣原敬殿 追テ本文出張ニ要スル旅費ハ町村費ヨリ支出ノ筈ニ有之期間ハ四十日ニ有之候 文部省 神秘一四号 神奈川県横浜市尋常寿小学校訓導兼校長和田奈々吉 神奈川県横須賀市高等入幡山小学校訓導兼校長福本友治郎 右学事視察ノ為支那ヘ出張命セシメ度候ニ付御認可相成度此段及稟議候也 大正八年四月二十二日 文部大臣中＠＠五郎 内閣総理大臣原敬殿 追テ本文出張ニ要スル旅費ハ県費ヨリ支弁期間ハ一ヶ月間有之候 ＠＠＠神秘六号 京都帝国大学助手塚本幸七 右学術研究ノ為米国ヘ出張命セシメ度此段及稟議候也 大正八年四月二十六日 文部大臣中＠＠五郎 内閣総理大臣原敬殿 追テ本文出張ニ要スル旅費ハ京都帝国大学奨学資金ヨリ支出シ期間ハ約二箇年ノ予定ニ有之候
