- 日本天皇陛下特命使節正二位岩倉閣下 千八百六十二年日本使節始めて欧洲江御渡航之節御一行之人々より御用被仰付其後千八百六十四年使節当府江二ヶ年間御滞留相成候節も前使節之御用正直ニ相達し候故御着以来私店江御用被仰付候就而ハ御国人最初御着用相成候欧羅巴風之衣服は皆私店ニ而御調相成居申候千八百六十六年之末魯国江界談判之ため御越之使節も当府江御滞留中ハ数度私店江御光来相成私義御用相達し申候千八百六十七年博覧会御見物之ため使節当府へ御越之節も御衣服其外御用被仰付終ニハ商用而已ならす他の御用も相達候様仰蒙り是ハ全ク私義正実ニ御用相勤来候故ニ可有之候其後御発足之時ニ当リ当政府用達の名を以て御用達被仰付候
