- 明治五年十一月十九日 上諭ニ日ク前ニ大蔵卿伊達宗城カ清国ニ適テ議立セシ両国修好条規通商章程等ニ定メタル条々ヲ閲シテ既ニ永遠執行ヒ愈々友誼ヲ敦クスヘキ旨允准シタレハ外務大臣副島種臣ニ申付書判ヲ加ヘ取換セシ上右条約内必ス行フヘキノ諸事件ヲ全国府県ノ大官等ヘ布告シテ総テ一般ニ相照ラシ弁理セシムルモノ也 神武天皇即位紀元二千五百三十三年 明治六年三月九日 太政 官印
