作業書審査ニ付上答 昨三十一年海軍艦団部将校并ニ機関官ノ作業書審査候処論旨ノ適切ナル者及熱心作業ニ従事シタル跡アル者少ナカラスト雖教育令実施規定第十九条ニ依リ海軍大臣ヨリ褒状ヲ授与セラルヘキ資格ヲ有スト認ムヘキ者無之ト決定候条此旨上答候也 明治三十二年五月十七日 作業書審査委員海軍少佐大沢喜七郎 同海軍少佐佐藤鉄太郎 同海軍機関中監山崎鶴之助 同海軍中佐土屋保 同 同小泉鎌太郎 同 同吉松茂太郎 同海軍機関大監山本安次郎 作業書審査委員長海軍少将諸岡頼之 海軍大臣山本権兵衛殿
