官房第二〇五四号　軍人恩給法ニ拠リ恩給請求ノ件　神奈川県三浦郡浦賀町大谷　平民　元海軍一等兵曹飯田芳太郎　文久元年三月生　一免除恩給年額金百五円　右明治三十二年二月二十二日服役満期ニ付本官ヲ免シタルヲ以テ恩給請求書差出候ニ付審査ヲ遂クル処軍人恩給法第五条第一ニ拠リ恩給ヲ受クヘキ資格アル者ト確認ス依テ証拠書類相添進達候也　明治三十二年五月一日　海軍大臣　内閣総理大臣宛　恩給請求書　芳太郎儀　明治十一年九月二十一日三等若水兵被申付爾来二十ヶ年余服役致同三十二年二月二十一日服役満期ヲ以テ二月二十二日免官被申付候ニ就テハ軍人恩給法ニ拠リ相当ノ恩給下賜度証拠書類相添此段請求仕候也　明治三十二年二月二十二
