三十二年三月四日　軍人恩給法ニ拠リ恩給請求ノ件　福岡県筑紫郡住吉村大字春吉　士族　海軍三等筆記　馬場庸太郎　文久二年七月生　免除恩給年額金四十八円　右明治三十一年十一月二十三日現役満期ニ依リ予備ヲ命シタルヲ以テ恩給請求書差出候ニ付審査ヲ遂クル処軍人恩給法第五条第一ニ拠リ恩給ヲ受クヘキ資格アル者ト確認ス依テ証拠書類相添進達候也　明治三十二年三月六日　官房第九四〇号　海軍大臣　内閣総理大臣宛　佐鎮第一六〇号　佐海団第四四号　恩給請求書　庸太郎儀　明治十八年十二月二十八日三等筆記被申付爾来十二ヶ年服役明治三十一年十一月二十三日服役満期ニ拠リ予備役被申付候ニ就テハ軍人恩給法ニ拠リ相当ノ恩給下賜度証拠書類相添ヘ此段請求仕候也
