海岸望楼ニ於テ測候事業開始方ノ件　三十二年十月二十三日起案　案　海岸望楼ニ於テハ測候ニ関スルコトヲ掌ルヘキ　官房第四六九二号　規定ニテ之ヲ要スル器具モ供給相成居候処横須賀所管既設望楼即チ布良長津呂ノ二箇所ニ於テは既ニ該事業ヲ開始シ中央気象台ト直接ノ連絡ヲ保チ居候ニ付テハ其付近ヲ通航スル艦艇ニ天気ヲ予報スル等ノ点ニ於テ便益ヲ与フルコト不尠候条貴府管下各望楼ニ於テモ成ルヘク速ニ測候事業ヲ開始相成候様致度此段申進候也　明治三十二年十月三十日　次官　呉　佐世保　鎮守府司令長官　追テ該事業開始ノ節ハ定期及臨時ノ警報電報予報並ニ電報料無料之件等詳細之儀ハ直接中央気象台ト御協議相成候様致度此段申添候也
