官房第一二二九号軍人恩給法ニ拠リ恩給請求ノ件福井県坂井郡鶉村布施田平民海軍一等木工勲八等　竹内福太郎　慶應三年十二月生免除恩給年額金四十四円右明治三十一年一月二十日現役満期ニ付予備ヲ命シタルヲ以テ恩給請求書差出候ニ付審査ヲ遂クル処軍人恩給法第五条第一ニ拠リ恩給ヲ受クヘキ資格アル者ト確認ス依テ証拠書類相添進達候也　明治三十一年三月十二日　海軍大臣　内閣総理大臣宛　恩給請求書　福太郎儀　明治二十三年一月＠日五等木工被申付爾来八ヶ年服役明治三十一年一月十九日現役満期ニ依翌＠日予備被申付候ニ付テハ軍人恩給法ニ依リ相当ノ恩給下賜度証拠書類相添此段請求仕候也　元呉海兵団　福井県越前国坂井郡＠村布施田一号二
