- 造船造兵監督長及外国公使館附将校其他ヘ訓示 造船造兵監督長ヘ訓示ノ件 造船造兵監督長於永＠樹ヘ軍務局長ヨリ別紙ノ通リ訓示＠シ可燃哉＠＠歳也 軍造第六四八号 貴官英国ヘ出張ノ上ハ在英国造船監督官造兵監督事務別紙ニ依リ処理セラルヘシ 明治三十一年七月二十二日 軍務局長 造船造兵監督長宛 （別紙） 第一条 英国ニ於テ製造スル軍艦水雷艇及兵器ハ各其図面ニ基キ精密ニ其工事ヲ監督セシムヘシ 第二条 艦船及之ニ搭載スル兵器ノ注文契約ハ在英我公使ニ申出其調印ヲ求ムヘシ其他ノ購入品等ノ契約ハ監督長ニ於テ締結スヘシ 第三条 艦船製造中船体機関艤装兵装及備品等ニ改正増減ヲナスノ必要アルトキハ詳細ニ其理由ヲ具シ価格ノ
