官房第二二二九号　案　故海軍属堀江忠重呉鎮守府測器所物品会計官吏奉職中既納身元保証金三十円払戻請求書別紙之通リ相続人堀江ヒサ後見人山本操一郎ヨリ提出ニ付及御送付候條払戻方御取計有之度此段及御照会候也　明治二十六年八月十二日　大臣　大蔵大臣宛　領収証　金三十円　但保管証書　一枚　保管金利子証券　三枚　但第一九一九号第五〇三五号第二二四五号　右正ニ領収候也　故海軍属堀江忠重御＠人　堀江ヒサ　後見人　山本操一郎　明治二十六年九月十五日　海軍省　経理局第二課御中　＠第四〇九〇号　本年九月六日付官房第二三六九号ヲ以テ御送付＠＠出納官吏身元保証金払戻請求ニ依リ別紙保管証書＠及御送付候条還付方御取計有り之度候也
