明治二十七年度海軍省所管　予定経費要求書　海軍大臣伯爵　西郷従道　本年十月官房二五八〇号ノ＠　海軍省所管予定経費要求書説明　憲法第六十八條ニ拠リ継続費トシテ特ニ協賛ヲ要スルモノ　下瀬火薬試験ノ事業ハ其ノ試験頗ル緻密ノ精査ヲ要スルノミナラス充分ニ其効力ヲ証明センニハ各般ノ方法ヲ以テ之カ試験ヲ実行スルノ必要アルニ由リ短日月ノ能ク其事業ヲ完フスルヲ得サルモノトス　故ニ此火薬試験ハ総費額四万九千二十三円九千六厘ヲ以テ二十七年度ヨリ二十八年度ニ＠ル修繕費トシ又泥＠般製造ノ事業タルヤ其船体機械ハ之ヲ海外ニ注文シ其組立ハ本邦ニ於テ之ヲ施サントスルヲ以テ是亦一年度間ニ完了スルコトヲ得ス故ニ此製造ハ総費額十八万千四百五十五円八十五銭六厘
