- 甲第三百六十三号 外出第二百三十九号ヲ以千早丸乗組英人ラッサリバン義引続当省ヘ雇入之際条約取結方並満期之節上海迄旅費等之義ニ付御照会之趣致承知候右者別紙条約書写和洋文トモ差進候間委詳右ニ而御承知相成度此段及御答候也 十年五月十四日 工部卿代理 山尾工部大輔 海軍大輔代理 中牟田海軍少将殿 外入第二百七十三号 原因外入二百二十九号 一千八百七十七年五月二日一方ニハ下條ニ右工部大輔ト記ス日本帝国政府及其工部卿ノ代理トシテ右政府ノ工部大輔山尾庸三閣下ト又其一方ニハ風帆船千早号ノ船長トシテ曽テ右政府ニ勤仕セシ英国人モルチモルオサリワント之間ニ双方協議ノ上締約セシ條款左ノ如シ 第一條 右工部大輔ハ右モルチモル
