明治９年３月１２日～明治９年９月２３日 自明治九年三月至明治九年九月 八年朝鮮江華島事件ニ付黒田全権大臣派遣一件附属 随行員一同慰労及賞与ノ件 帰朝＠命ニ付随行官員一同ニ伴明二十三日午前第十一時通常礼服着用＠伺 天機参朝可有之候也 明治九年三月二十二日 式部頭坊城俊政 弁理大臣黒田清隆殿 副弁理大臣井上馨殿 追テ不参之節ハ皇居諸当寮ヘ届書可ヒ差出候也 明治九年三月二十三日 勅語 何レモ勉励苦労ニ存ル 弁理大臣黒田清隆副大臣井上馨随行官員ヲ卒ヒ皇居ヘ参上式 一当日式部頭ヨリ弁理大臣来二十三日午前十一時通常礼服着用随行官員ヲ卒ヒ参朝スヘキ旨ヲ告示ス 一本日弁理大臣随行官員ヲ卒ヒテ参朝ス 一＠御式部頭弁理大臣以下召ス由ヲ告ク大臣随行官員ヲ卒テ御前ニ進ミ各行礼ス 勅語アリ
