普通公第二六六号 昭和五年十月七日 在芝罘 領事内田五郎 外務大臣男爵幣原喜重郎殿 戒厳領解除ニ関スル件 八月初旬ヨリ当市及其附近十支里ノ地区内ニ戒厳令施行ノ件ハ既趣ノ処今回右戒厳令ハ十月一日附ヲ以テ解除セル旨支那側ヨリ通報アリタリ 右報告ス 本信写送付先、上海代理公使、青島、済南、北平、関東庁 機密第四七〇号 昭和五年十月十三日 在済南 総領事西田畊一 外務大臣男爵幣原喜重郎殿 山東省防務状況報告ノ件 本件ニ関シ十月一日附機密第四五九号拙信ヲ以テ不取敢報告申進置キタル処其後部隊ノ配置多少変更セラレ現在ニ於テハ馬鴻達軍ハ魯西、魯南方面ヲ劉珍年軍ハ膠東（青島及青島城陽間ヲ除タ）ヲ担任シ其余ノ膠済
