タル日貨抵制モ之ヲ一転機トシテ漸次緩和セラルルモノト思料ス 北京、上海、南京ニ転電シ厦門、汕頭、広東ニ暗送セリ 公第二三二号 昭和三年七月三日 在福州 総領事西沢義徴 外務大臣男爵田中義一殿 福建省政府農工庁閉鎖ニ関スル件 本年五月下旬中央政府ヨリ福建省政府ニ対シ省政府委員兼農工庁長兼省党部籌備委員兼市党部監察委員黄展雲及省党部籌委員兼市党部監察委員ニシテ不良学生団ノ結社タル独立庁（独立庁同志会ハ曩ニ社会ノ非難ニ鑑ミ解散ヲ宣言シタルモ事実上ハ依然トシテ不良学生団ノ巣窟タリ）ノ支配者タル林寿昌外三名ノ逮捕方命令シ来レル以来黄展雲及其部下ヲ以テ固メタル農工庁ハ殆ト事務ヲ廃シ居タルカ愈六月限リ閉鎖ス
