普通公第五九号 昭和二年二月二拾四日 在香港 総領事村上義温 外務大臣男爵幣原喜重郎殿 九龍国境近事其他ニ関シ報告ノ件 本件ニ関シ左ノ通要報申進ズ 一、最近九龍国境ニ於テ広東軍ニ依ル防備及那英満動ビラノ頒布始マリ之リニ対シ英守備兵ハ国境近クノ警戒ヲ厳ニシ組借地支那人ノテノ要護取締ニ腐心中ナルヤニ取沙汰セラレ又ハ広東部内ニ於テ九龍租借地ノ奪回ヲマトモニ考ヘ居ルモノアルヤニ当地一部支那人間ニ守セラル 但シ共ニ風声鶴唳ノ類ナリ 二、先般当地工人代表ガ広東工会ノ招請ヲ受ケテ赴粤シタルニ関シ市中ニハ右ハ香港ニ於テ再ビ罷工ヲ起サントスル計画ニ付協議ヲ行フ為メナリト取不沙汰スルモノアルモ右ハ全ク事実ニ非ズシ
