- 重慶・華北視察団 華北視察団報告書 上海・日本総領事館特別調査班・訳 訳序 支那事変の激発並にその戦線大に成功した中国共産党仕、予てよりの計画に基いて、党、政、軍各部而に互る勢力をを速に拡充し、抗戦に名を籍りて全支の主要地域に地盤の獲得を企てたが、就中華北一帯に於はる進出振りは特に著しいものがあつた。而もその基本方針は、強力なる日本軍との衝突を極力回避し、国民党軍の相つぐ敗戦困窮の隊を狙つて、自党の政治的、経済的並に軍事的勢力の拡大を計るに在つた。中央の如斯態度は必然的に国民党軍の反感を招き、且これとの地盤争ひを惹起するに至つた。事変勃発後僅かに一ヶ年にして早くも華北各地に展開された国共両派の武力衛突並に政治、思想、経済の諸部面に互る深刻なる抗争は、その
