但シ必要アル時ハ臨時ニ会議ヲ召集ス 第九条本会議開会ノ日期ハ毎月一日午後一時ト定メ之ヲ挙行ス 第四章 会議及提案 第十条会議ハ思明県党務指導委員会ヨリ責任ヲ負ヒテ召テ集ス 第十一条党、政、軍三界一切ノ提案ハ必ス開会三日前ニ書面ヲ以テ思明県党務指導委員会ニ送附シ以テ会議討論ニ便ニス 第十二条開会ノ時ハ思明県党務指導委員会ヲ以テ主席ト為ス 第一一章 附則 第十三条本会議ニシテ若シ必要ノ場合ニハ関係各機関ノ列席ヲ申請スルコトヲ得 第十四条本規程未タ尽ササル処アラハ本会議ニヨリテ之ヲ改修スルコトヲ得 第十五条本規程ハ本会議ノ議決ニ由リ公布施行ス （終リ） 機密公第五五号 昭和四年一月二十八日 在広東 総
