陸満普受第四六六三号 地名改称ノ件通報 大同二年十二月十二日 軍政部 陸軍省御中 地字 民政部公函第四六〇三号ニヨリ別紙ノ通回答アリタルニ依リ爾今当部発行地図中奉天省錦西県葫蘆島ハ壺慮島ト訂正スル儀ト承知セラレ度 民政部公函地字第四六〇三号 大同二年十二月十一日 民政部 軍政部御中 葫蘆島ヲ壺慮島ニ改称ノ件 貴部満軍測発第七六号公函（葫蘆島ヲ壺慮島ニ改称セントスル件）ヲ承知セリ。査スルニ該地ノ旧名（葫蘆島）ハ地誌（地理歴史）ニハ根拠無シ該地ヲ管轄シタル錦西県公署ノ来文ノ中ニモ特別ナル行政名称無キカ為ニ貴部ノ改称セントスル件ハ行政上ニ於テ妨害無キノミナラス我カ新国家ノ除旧、更新ノ主旨ノ符合シアリ当部ハ之ニ同意ス
