司法省刑事局刑事第五〇三〇報大正一一年九月三十日司法次官山内確三郎外務次官埴原正直殿改正刑事訴訟法ニ依ル司法警察官吏ニ関スル件照会本年五月公布法律第七十五号刑事訴訟法第二百五十條並第二百五十一條ニ於テ司法警察官吏竝司法警察官吏ノ職務ヲ行フヘキ者及其ノ職務ノ範囲ハ勅令ヲ以テ定ムルヲ得ルコトニ相成候ニ付テハ貴省所管ニ於テ司法警察官吏又ハ其ノ職務ヲ行フヘキ者ヲ定ムルノ必要ヲ認メラルルモノ有之候ハハ其官吏及職務ノ範囲等至急御回報相煩度候第三普通第二二五号大正十一年十月十三日外務次官埴原正直司法次官山内確三郎宛改正刑事訴訟法ニ依ル司法警察官吏ニ関スル件本件ニ関シ客月三十日附刑事第五〇三〇号ヲ以テ御申越ノ趣了承当
