- 露西亜月報 昭和九年自一月至六月 欧米局昭和九年一月 露西亜月報 第一号 調査部第三課 目次 一、ソ連邦中央執行委員会第四次会議一頁 二、ソ連邦ノ平和政策ノ基調ト題スルラーデク論文一三頁 三、ソ連邦関係重要事項記録二二頁 一、国内事項二二頁 二、対外関係三一頁 ソ連邦中央執行委員会第四次会議 ソ連邦権利ノ最高機関ハ二年ニ一回召集セラルル「ソヴイエト」大会ニシテ其ノ閉会中ハ連邦中央執行委員会（連邦会議及民族会議ヨリナル）之ヲ代行ス中央執行委員会ハ一ノ「ソヴイエト」大会ヨリ次ノ大会ニ至ル迄ノ間ニ少クモ三回以上召集セラレ国政ヲ審議決定ス 最近ノソヴイエト大会ハ一九三一年三月開催セラレタル第六回大会ニシテ爾後今日迄テ二年半以上閲シタルモ第七回大会ノ期日ハ今ニ発表セラレス其ノ間中央委員会カ前後四回召集セラレ第四次会議ハ
