- 孛国政府ノ授与セシ従軍記章征状ノ現物参考ノ為メ本邦在留独二人ヨリ借用方賞勲局ヨリ依頼ノ件 二十八年四月十九日接受 主管 庶務課 送第一〇四号 千八百六十四年孛連戦争或ハ四六十六年孛懊戦争或八同七十年七十一年孛仏戦争之露孛国ニ於テ授与セシ所ノ従軍記章証状ノ現物参考ノ為メ一覧致度候条独逸公使館員其他本邦在留独囲人ニシテ左記之更佩用者有之其証状所持王郎ハヽ暫時借用致度同公使館ヘ御照会之上希望相達候様御取計相成召数哉此段及御依願候也 明治二十八年四月十八日 大給賞勲局副総裁 林外務次官殿 ヘツセン候国軍医補ダルムスタット鎮台病院詰ューリウリ、スクリバガ千八百七十年ヨリ同七十一年ニ至ル勝利ノ戦争中能リ其職
