- 在韓本邦居留民ノ日用品ヲ御用舩ニ搭載前許可ノ件 二十七年七月十六日接受 主管 通商局 送行第八七号 受第四七三五号 陸留民日用品工管用般ヘ搭載許可ノ件 今回数＠兵負一地入リ込ニ日＠＠量ノ食品及其他ノ用品消＠スル為メ予テヨリ当地ニ於テ本邦テノ日用品ラ敗賞スル永舗ク給ト全仕夜ノ払報告ケ＠額処常ニ恭騰御之公仁運入セルスルモ仁川就正間ク往復スル本邦人ノ舩＠少一切官用舩ト相成度居留人民ニ於テ三ク使用スルユトク付ス去クトテ陸路ニヨリ貨物ラ運入セントスルモ仁川港ニ於テ馬ハ悉ク陸軍為メニ使役サ当モ不足ヲ告テ＠有操ニ付タトヒ多額運貨ヲ賃ラ払フトモ之ニ応スル者無之四第十六当地北用民日用品ノ不足ハ日毎ニ必直ヲ来シ恰
