（４）ソビエト連邦大使館関税免除ノ件 条二普通第五号 昭和三年二月二十五日 田中外務大臣 在京「ソヴィエト」連邦大使「トロヤノウスキー」宛 （「ソヴィエト」連邦大使館関税免除ノ件） 以書翰致啓上候陳者貴国政府ニ於テハ在「モスコー」外国使節ニ対シ通関用手段ヲ交付シ一ヶ年六万＠ヲ限度トシテ関税ヲ免除シ居ラレ候処本邦現行関税定率法ニハ左ノ如キ規定有之候 「第七条左ノ物品ニハ輸入税ヲ免ス 六、本邦ニ派遣セラレタル外国ノ大使、公使其ノ他之ニ準スヘキ使節ニ属スル自用品並在本邦外国大使館又ハ公使館ニ属スル公用品但シ本邦ヨリ派遣シタル大使、公使其ノ他之ニ準スヘキ使節ニ属スル自用品又ハ本邦大使館若ハ公使館ニ属スル公用品ニ対シ
