機密第一六号 大正十五年一月十三日 在安東 領事西沢義徴 外務大臣男爵幣原喜重郎殿 鉄道附属地境界問題並日支警官衝突ニ関スル件 本件ニ関シ客年十一月二十五日附機密第一四五号拙信ヲ以テ及報告置タル処同信末段日支警察官ノ衝突ニ関シ今般当地?交渉員ヨリ別紙甲号写ノ通リ照会アリタルヲ以テ本官ハ別紙乙号写ノ通リ回答シ置タルニ付為御参考此段報告申進ス 本信写送附先 在支公使、奉天総領事、関東長官、交第五号 大正十五年一月十三日 在安東 領事西沢義徴 東辺道 安東交渉員邴克荘殿 拝啓陳者客年十二月七日附外字第一八六号貴信ヲ以テ当地鉄道附属地境界石取換工事ニ基ク貴我警察官衝突事件ニ関シ御照会ノ趣敬承致候 査ス
