１ 議案第一号 昭和九年 月 日 東京市淀橋区角筈所在東京地方專売局淀橋工場敷地ヲ東京市ヘ売払ニ関スル件 一、土地ノ所在、種目、数量 価格及地上物件移転補償額 所在 東京市淀橋区角筈 種目 宅地 数量 一三、七六〇坪三一勺（実測） 売払価格 一、三七四、六〇〇円 坪当九九円八九銭 地上物件移転補償額 四二五、四〇〇円 二、東京市カ本地ヲ買受ケントスル事由並本地ヲ財源トスル本工場移転新営費予算ノ成立 東京市ニ於テハ新宿駅附近ノ雜沓セル交通状態ヲ緩和センカ為都市計畫事業トシテ本工場及其ノ附近ノ地域ヲ買収シ道路及広場ヲ構築シ又、建築敷地ヲ造成セントスルニ至リ其ノ都市計畫並事業ノ決定ハ本年四月十八日内
