- 昭和四年六月十九日会議議案 昭和四年六月十九日決議 昭和四年六月二十四日公布 勅令第一九八号 外交官及領事官官制中改正ノ件 参照添付 勅令第号 外交官及領事官官制中左ノ通改正ス 第十條第五項を左ノ如ク改ム 待命ノ外交官ニシテ外務次官、外務省各局長外務省情報部長又ハ外務省文化事業部長ヲ兼ヌル者ニ付テハ其ノ兼官在職中前項ノ規定ヲ適用セズ 附則 本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス 参照 ○外交官及領事官官制 明治三十二年勅令第二百八十号 第十條 外交官又ハ領事官ニシテ一時外国在勤ヲ免シタル者ヲ待命トス（第二項第三項略） 待命ハ満三箇年ヲ以テ期トス期満レハ其ノ官ヲ免スルモノトス 待命ノ外交官ニシテ外務次官、外務省各局長、又ハ外務省情報部長又ハ外務省文化事業部
