- 昭和四年五月二十九日会議議案 昭和四年五月二十九日決議 昭和四年六月十日公布 勅令第一五八号 鉄道省官制中改正ノ件 参照添付 勅令第号 鉄道省官制中左ノ通改正ス 第一條第二項及第五條第五号ヲ削ル 附則 本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス ○鉄道省官制 大正九年勅令第百四十四号 第一條 鉄道大臣ハ国有鉄道及其ノ附帯ノ業務ヲ管理シ地方鉄道軌道其ノ他ノ陸運ヲ監督ス 鉄道大臣ハ南満洲鉄道株式会社ノ鉄道及航路ニ関スル業務ヲ監督ス 第五條 監督局ニ於テハ左ノ事務ヲ掌ル （中略） 五 南満洲鉄道株式会社ノ鉄道及航路ノ監督ニ関スル事項
