- 昭和二年二月九日会議議案 昭和二年二月九日 決議 昭和二年三月三十日 公布 外務省告示第一七号 婦人及児童ノ売買禁止ニ国際条約並醜業ヲ行ハシムル為ノ婦女売買禁止ニ関スル国際条約ニ関シ帝国ノ附シタル留保撤廃ノ件 参照添附 甲号訳文 宣言旧案 第二回国際連盟総会帝国全権委員ハ千九百二十一年九月三十日ノ婦人及児童ノ売買禁止ニ関スル国際条約ニ署名スルニ当リ政府ノ為ニ右条約第五条ニ関スル確認ヲ延期スルノ権利ヲ留保シタルニ依リ又帝国政府ハ千九百二十五年六月二十三日附ヲ以テ為シタル宣言中ニ於テ右条約第五条及千九百十年五月四日ノ醜業ヲ行ハシムル為ノ婦女売買禁止ニ関スル国際条約最終議定書（ロ）項ニ規定セラレタル年齢ノ制限ニ代フルニ満十八歳ヲ以テスルノ権利ヲ自己ノ為ニ留保シタルニ依リ
