- 大正九年ニ於ケル衆議院議員ノ総選挙ニ必要ナル選挙人名簿ニ関スル期日及期間ヲ定ムル件 右謹テ上奏シ恭シク 聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣原敬 勅令第 号 大正八年法律第六十号附則第二項ノ規定ニ依リ大正九年ニ於ケル総選挙ニ必要ナル選挙人名簿ニ関シ衆議院議員選挙法第十八条乃至第二十条、第二十四条、第二十六条及第二十七条ニ規定スル期日及十六条及第二十七条ニ規定スル期日及期間ヲ左ノ如ク定ム 第十八条第一項ノ選挙資格調査ノ期日ヲ三月十日、選挙人名簿送付ノ期限ヲ同月二十四日トシ同条第二項ノ期限ヲ同月三十一日トシ同条第三項ノ選挙資格調査ノ期日ヲ同月十日、選挙人名簿調整ノ期限ヲ同月三十一日
