東京高等蚕糸学校長及京都高等蚕業学校長特別任用ノ件 右謹テ上奏シ恭シク 聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣伯爵山本權兵衛＠ 勅令第 号 蚕業講習所技師ニシテ蚕業講習所長ノ職ニ在リタル者ハ本令施行ノ際ニ限リ特ニ之ヲ東京高等蚕糸学校長又ハ京都高等蚕業学校長ニ任用スルコトヲ得 附則 本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
