- 官房調査秘第七号 地租地租付加税及段別割ニ関スル法規ヲ皇族所有ノ土地ニ適用スル皇室令案内閣ノ合議ヲ経テ上奏候処皇族ノ権義ニ関スル重要ノ法令ニ付枢密顧問ニ諮詢スヘキ旨御沙汰候條別冊及御目付候也 宮内大臣伯爵渡邊千秋 枢密院議長公爵山縣有朋殿 朕枢密顧問ノ諮詢ヲ経テ地租地租付加税及段別割ニ関スル法規ヲ皇族所有ノ土地ニ適用スルノ件ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 御名 御璽 大正 年 月 日 宮内大臣 内閣総理大臣 内務大臣 大蔵大臣 皇室令第 号 地租地租付加税及段別割ニ関スル法規ハ皇族賜邸ヲ除クノ外皇族所有ノ土地ニ之ヲ適用ス
