鉄道院職員特別任用令改正ノ件 右謹テ上奏シ恭シク 聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣伯爵山本權兵衛＠ 勅令第 号 鉄道院職員特別任用令 第一條 鉄道院副参事及参事補ハ満三年以上鉄道ニ関スル職務ニ従事シ副参事ニ在リテハ現ニ判任官三級俸以上参事補ニ在リテハ現ニ判任官五級俸以上ノ俸給ヲ受クル者ヨリ文官高等試験委員ノ銓衡ヲ経テ之ヲ任用スルコトヲ得 買収シタル鉄道ニ於ケル事務員ノ在職年数ハ前項ノ在職年数ニ之ヲ通算ス 第二條 鉄道院書記ハ左ノ各号ノ一ニ該当スル者ヨリ文官普通試験委員ノ銓衡ヲ経テ之ヲ任用スルコトヲ得 一 鉄道書記又ハ帝国鉄道庁書記ノ職ニ在リタル者 二 二年以上鉄道
