- 工業所有権保護ニ関スル巴里同盟條約及附属議定書御批准ノ権 右謹テ上奏シ恭シク 聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣公爵桂太郎 御批准案 天佑ヲ保有シ万世一系ノ帝祚ヲ踐メル日本國皇帝（御名）此ノ書ヲ見ル有衆ニ宣示ス 朕明治四十四年六月二日亞米利加合衆國？盛頓ニ於テ帝国全権委員カ関係各国全権委員ト共ニ署名シタル千九百年十二月十四日菲律悉及千九百十一年六月二日？盛頓ニ於テ改正セラレタル工業所有権保護ニ関スル千八百八十三年三月二十日ノ巴里同盟條約及附属議定書ヲ閲覧点検シ之ヲ嘉納批准ス 神武天皇即位紀元二千五百七十三年大正二年 月 日青山離宮ニ於テ親ラ名ヲ署シ璽ヲ＠セシム 御名
