陸軍省受領 密受第三〇三号 先般御書而ヘ接ル御当省銅材料使用高調御ク相成致候ニ付及御送付ヘ右本調書ハ前三年度ノ需用概数ヲ御参部ニ供スル迄ニシテ兵器ノ政度送＠製作品都合寺ニ依リ種類配状数量等別紙器動ヲ免カレ難リ候間御合置相成度様致度此段申進候也 中村陸軍事務長官 和田製造所長殿 陸軍省送逹 密発第一三三号 八月四日 庶務課長ヨリ兵器御照会案 兵器用新材製造ニ関スル件ニ付別紙之通製造所長官ヨリ照会有之ニ付書類及御転送候也 追而別紙ハ用済紀返却相成候也 陸軍省送逹 送号第二外四七号 部長 八月十三日
