- 艦報四（１５）五八年三月三十一日 乙号英国商船開封号臨検報告 二十八年三月三十一日午前九時命ニヨリ臨検ノ為メ端艇ニ乗シ該商船ニ赴キ船長英人工チヘハダーニ面シ尋問セルニ該船ハ上海ヲ起航シ天津ニ向ツラ三月二十九日出艦セル旨ヲ陳ズ依リテ捕獲現程ニ従ヒ船舶書類ノ点検ヲ要求ス該船長ハ心好ソ義諾シ左ノ書類ヲ提供セリ 一船藉証明書 一航海日誌 一船積証書 一送状 一積荷目録 一乗組復姓名簿 之ヲ検スルニ＠シムヘキ形跡ヲ見ズ積荷ノ重ナルモノハ米、麦印度米、玉蜀黍等ニシテ上甲板ニハ多量ノ小木材ヲ積載シ別ニ乗客トシテ清人十名アリタトモ普通人民ノ旨陳述シ其他捜索ヲ為スノ必要ナキモノヘ如キヲ以テ其儘目的地ニ進航ヲ許可
