- 副官 参事官 発付＠十二月三日 三十七年十二月二日起案 案 臨時軍事費営繕費支弁ニ属スル横須賀 官房第四三六七号ノ四 海軍工廠第二舩台改築工事ハ水陸ニ跨ル重要工事ニシテ最モ注意精巧ヲ要スル勿論ナルニ近時同地方ニハ無資力無経験ノ＠入込シ来リ妄ニ競争ニ加入スルノ＠アルヲ以テ之ヲ一般競争ニ付スルトキハ到底好果ヲ見ル能ハスシテ終ニ官ノ不利ニ＠スルモノト認メ三十三年勅令第二百八十号ニ依リ指名競争ニ付シタル結果別表ノ通リ請候契約ノ締結ヲ了シ候条此段及通知候也 明治三十七年十二月三日 大臣 会計検査院長アテ 横鎮第一三八号ノ一〇〇 指名競争入札顛末報告 本年十一月官房第四三六七号ノ二御認許ニ依リ横須賀海軍工
