- 横須賀鎮守府所管諸工吏 並家屋営造物（其一） 二 副官 参事官 発付＠一月四日 三十七年十二月二九日起案 指令案 横鎮第一三〇号ノ二〇三宗谷岬無線電信室防寒設備ノ件認許ス 明治三十八年一月四日 官房第一四号ノ二 横鎮第一三〇号ノ二〇三 宗谷岬無線電信室防寒設備ノ義ニ付上申 宗谷岬無線電信発信室之儀同望楼応接室ヲ使用致居候処厳寒之上地ニ有之目下降雪ニ時期ニ際シ暴風ノタメ電線引入口及其他ノ部分ヨリ吹雪侵入シ通信困難ニ付此際北面雪除板塀ヲ新設レ且発信室ニ雨戸設備致度工費為取調候処概算金四十五円ヲ要ン候条臨時軍事費ヲ以テ工事施行之義至急御認許相成度此段上申候也 明治三十七年十二月二十八日 横須賀鎮守府
