副官 参事官 発付＠五月十一日 三十八年五月十日起案 案 広島県呉市宮原村海軍用地ニ先 官房第一六四三号ノ二 一海面三百五十四坪三勺二才 右ハ土木事業上必要ニ付埋築当省用地ニ編入致度候条於貴省差支＠之炭＠談海面呉鎮守府ヘ引渡方其筋ヘ訓令相成度別紙実測図面並地方庁回答書相添此段及照会候也 明治三十八年五月十一日 大臣 内務大臣アテ 呉鎮第五九九号ノ三 毎面ヲ埋立海軍用地ニ編入ノ件上申 広島県呉市宮原村海軍用地々先 一 海面三百五十四坪三勺二オ 今般呉海軍工廠ニ新設セラルヘキ百五十噸起重機基礎築造工事ノ為メ前記海面埋立ヲ要シ＠ニ付埋立ノ上海軍用地ニ編入方認許相成度図面二＠及関係書類写相添此段上申候
