- １６、陸戦隊ノ編制及事業 安記（１６）二十七年六月五日 ○大島公使乗艦出発 六月五日午後二時横須賀軍港ニ着ス次テ大島公使ト共ニ八重山ニ乗艦シ直ニ海軍大臣ノ訓令ヲ本艦長ニ伝フ同日午後四時四十五分横須賀ヲ出港ス是ヨリ先キ八重山出港ノ前横須賀海兵団ヨリ水兵七十名乗艦ス 同月六日午後三時八重山神シ港ニ投錨ス直ニ石炭ヲ搭載シ翌七日午後零時三十分出港ス 戦甲二（１６）六月五日 ○在仁川諸艦ヘ公使護衛ニ関スル達アリ 左之通八重山艦長ヘ訓示ス可シ 大鳥公使ヨリ請求アレハ兵員ヲ上陸セシム可シ 但上陸兵員ハ可成多数操合ハスベシ 明治二十七年六月五日 海軍大臣 横須賀鎮守府司令長官 訓令 大鳥公使ヨリ請求アレハ兵員
