- 第一〇号内閣衆甲第五二号昭和十九年十一月十七日内閣総理大臣小磯国昭軍需大臣藤原銀次郎殿指令昭和十九年十月三十日一九軍需閣第七二号鉄鉱ノ急速開発ニ関スル建議ノ件請議ノ通鉄鉱ノ急速開発ニ関スル建議書右本院ニ於テ議決セリ因テ及送付候也昭和十九年九月十一日衆議院議長岡田忠彦内閣総理大臣小磯国昭殿衆議院書記官長大木操鉄鉱ノ急速開発ニ関スル建議戦力増強上内地鉄鉱ノ急速ナル開発ヲ図リ以テ戦争資材ノ随一タル鉄鉱ノ生産ヲ増大スルハ極メテ緊切ナル事案ナリ而シテ国内ニオケル鉄鉱埋蔵ノ豊富ナル地区ト称セラルルハ一二ノ地区ニ過ギス政府ハ速ニ是レ等地域ニ対シ周到ナル探鉱ヲ実施シ其ノ開発ニ精進セラレムコトヲ望ム右建議ス昭和１９年軍需閣第７２号
