- 昭和２９年企庁第６５３７号起案者氏名中尾清起案昭和３０年＠月＠日決裁昭和３０年４月２１日件名飯塚中小企業協同組合連合会（昭和２６年度補助）昭和２８年度共同施設利用状況及び決算について伺上記組合より補助指令附帯命令書第１２に基き別冊の通り報告があつたがその決算の結果は下記の通りであるので補助指令附帯命令義務第１１に基き年賦償還義務が発生しないものと認められるので、このまま処理してよろしいか。記損失金８６，０５９円３１銭補助額＠００，０００（註）本組合は３ケ年、連続して欠損を生じ、その累計は、２７万円に及んでいるが、このことについては福岡通産局から別途県宛照会しているので、特別に通牒しないこととする。２９福通商第４６５８号昭和２９年１０月２６日
