- 官情報第六九〇号 昭和二十年九月十四日 警視庁官房主事 日本社会党（仮称）結成準備会開催ノ招請状発送ニ関スル件 芝区新橋蔵前工業会舘ニ事務所ヲ有シ無産党ヲ統合シタル新党ヲ結成セント意図シツツアル従前ノ合法無産党代議士水谷長三郎、平野力三、等ハ来ル二十二日同所ニ於テ主要ナル院外同志ヲ糾合シ之ガ協議ヲ行フコトトナリ安部磯雄、高野岩三郎、賀川豊彦ノ三元老ノ名ヲ以テ昨十三日付別紙案内状ヲ旧同志約百名ニ発送セリ （別紙写） 畏くも終戦の大詔を拝し降伏條項の調印を了し我が国は未曽有の一大転換期に遭遇することと相成り候 冷厳なる敗戦の現実を直視し、光輝ある国体護持の下新日本建設に＠身するは、今後に於ける我等国民大衆の責務なりと痛感致し候、
