（１０）アジア開発基金案に関する反響（関係国への基金案提示関係を含む） 経第一六五一号公信写（昭和三一、四、二七付） 重光外務大臣あて 在アメリカ合衆国谷大使発 アジア開発大統領資金に関する件 往電第六四八号をもつて累次報告したアジア開発大統領資金の運営ぶりに関し、四月十九日ＩＣＡフイツヂエラルド次長が下院外交委員会において行つた説明何ら御参考までに別添をもつて送付する。 なお右説明中において本年度の一億ドル中より（イ）フイリツピンにおける原子力センターに二千万ドル支出される見込みであること。（ロ）セイロン、ビルマ及びアフガニスタン、インドネシアの国別計画（Counrty Programme）にも支出されたこと。
