Contents: 昭和二九一三八七〇暗カラチ一一月六日一六、四〇発亜一略本省七日〇八、三四着緒方大臣山形大使（アジア、アフリカ会議等に関する内話の件）第三〇四号（以下略号）六日新外相（前相兼摂）は挨拶のため来訪せる本使に対し左の通り内話した。アジア、アフリカ会議の議題、被招請国の範囲等はすべて十二月下旬ジヤカルタにおいて開催予定の第二回コロンボ諸国会議で決定される。ネールの注文がアジア、アフリカ会議に如何なる影響を与えるかは「ネ」周会談の内容に関する充分な報告に接していないので判らぬ。自分は吉田総理が是非一度来「パ」されることを希望する。自分も機会があれば日本を訪問したい。（以下暗号）
