防衛道路 保留 防衛道路に関する件 昭和二十九年六月十四日 防衛道路整備概要書 一、目的 保安隊の有する編成装備は米軍の様式をとり入れたものであるため、その特色は機械化された機動力にあると言うことが出来る。 特に現在の保安隊の如く限定された兵力を以て所要の地点に随時兵力を統合し優勢を持するためには機動性の発揮ということが極めて重要であることは言うまでもない。更に近代戦の特色は尨大なる資器材の補給を必要とするものであってこの補給力の増強も亦重要なる要素である。 これらの機動力並びに補給力の増強は一に懸って道路の整備如何によるものであるが、現在のわが国の道路をそれらの点より見るときは、なお不完全であることは言うまでもない。
