１１．(４) 国連の特権免除協定署名前における外務大臣挨拶案 二七、七、二二 国協一課 本日国際連合の特権及び免除に関する国際連合と日本国との間の協定に署名することは、本大臣のもつとも欣快とするところであります。 国際連合と協力し、その原則に従つて行動することは、わが国外交政策の基調であります。このことは日本国との平和条約をはじめ種々の機会に表明されておりまた実行に移されているところであります。最近国際連合への加盟を申請したのはその一つの表われであります。 この政策に基いて、政府は、国際連合からの申出に応じ、特に朝鮮における国際連合の任務の遂行を容易にすることを目的とするこの度の協定を結んだのであります。
