１(６) わが国の国際連合への加盟の見透し (昭和二七、九、六 国協一課) 一、当面の見透し 国連への加盟については、安保理事会において五大国がいずれも拒否権を有するのでソ連が反対する限り日本の加盟は不可能である。去る八月二十一日に行われた安保理事会常任理事国(五大国)の非公式会談にあるから原則上の問題として日本の加盟に反対であり、一括加盟案に日本を加える考えもない」と語った趣であり、ソ連が右言明のとおり行動するとすれば当分のところ、わが加盟申請が承認される見込みはない。 米国は、日本か名案が安保理事会で拒否さえても、更に十月十四日から開かれる総会において日本加盟案を提出する趣であるが、総会は、安保理事会の前以ての承認の勧告がなければ、加盟承認の
